45407 "The Lancashire Fusilier"
The 5 is currently in Fort William on Jacobite duties, working week on week off with the K1 62005. After a few running
repairs, including replacement of 4 firebox stays and a new brick arch she is awaiting her booked turn on Monday 24th September.
45407 will stay in Fort William until the last Jacobite of the season on October 12th then immediatly returning
south on Saturday 13th. Assuming the arrangements are as normal, she will return to Carnforth on the 13th, continuing
to the ELR in the following days.

Standard 4 No 76079
Having returned to the ELR in early September 76079 is now an regular performer on
the East Lancs, today doing a footplate experience day.
Following a boiler washout last week and a few running repairs, she appeared at Northern
Rail Newton Heath Open Day on Sunday 16th and a good day was had by all.

With 45407 and 76079 now back in traffic, work has started in earnest on 44871.

34067 "Tangmere"
As most of you will already know, Riley and Son sold 34067 "Tangmere" to an anonymous buyer in May 2007.
